The Shilla Seoul Hotel

The luxury hotel I recently stayed at in Seoul exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location was convenient as it was in the city center and close to various attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom that had high-quality toiletries. The service provided by the staff was friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the hotel had fantastic facilities such as a large gym, indoor and outdoor pools, and even a spa with top-notch treatments.

There was one minor downside. The frequency of the shuttle bus to other areas in Seoul was not sufficient, which made transportation a bit inconvenient at times.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also situated on a small hill, providing scenic views of Seoul. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-designed bathroom. The service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to the day. The hotel also has excellent facilities, including a spa, fitness center, and indoor pool.

The reception staff could be more welcoming and accommodating to guests who arrive early in the morning.

We were actually surprised when we were upgraded to a better room on our last night, showing the staff's excellent and attentive service. Despite it being winter, the facilities looked amazing and we are excited to return in the summer. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Seoul.

Luxurious and modern ambiance, great executive lounge for afternoon tea, excellent gym and wellness areas. Amazing breakfast with variety and quality food. Polite and helpful staff, comfortable and luxurious rooms. Exceptional housekeeping, lovely hotel amenities from Molten Brown.

The hotel is highly recommended. Gorgeous rooms and bathrooms. Fully automatic toilet. Helpful staff. Great location near metro, bakery, and city tour bus stop.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff fulfilling our every need. the Spa & wellness centre was a standout feature, with a variety of treatments including body scrubs and beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also excellent.

The only minor issue was the limited options for special diet menus. the private facilities provided in the room were exceptional, with exclusive amenities and a comfortable bed.

Room advantages were amazing , a spacious room with stunning views of the city, high, quality bedding, and plush towels. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation, and the spa centre offered excellent body treatments. Live entertainment in the lounge made evenings even more special, while the restaurant served delicious meals, including special diet menus. Cons: the only minor issue we experienced was the difficulty in finding a taxi from the venue after 10:30 pm. Waiting for around 15 minutes for a taxi was strange. I would definitely come back to this hotel for its top, level luxury facilities and excellent service.
